Title: Project Manager III Location: New York, NY Type: Contract (2- 3 Months) Salary: Market Job ID: 1460B-016PM JOB DESCRIPTION Candidate will be working on a highly visible project involving the creation of a compelling business case to support the acquisition an implementation of a mobile work order management application which will deliver significant work process efficiencies and operational cost reductions. Mandatory Requirements: - 8+ years experience as Senior Business Analysis or work in Business Process Re-Engineering project with strong experience working with mobile technology projects. - 5+ years experience writing business proposals and business cases including ROI and cost benefit analysis. - Expert-level MS Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross functional team members Desirable Experience: - Experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management software - Experience with facilities maintenance (FM) applications or working or FM organization.
