L2 & L3 work Location - Dammam Position#1: L2 Onsite Network Engineer Scope and Responsibilities x 2 Profile Introduction o TechnicalUniversity or Bachelor’s degree. o 3-5year’s experience in networking, mainly on HP Network A & E Series. o Holding HP ASE (Accredited System Engineer) certificate. o HoldingAssociate level certificates from other network vendor like Cisco, or Juniper. o Technicaland solutions experience in networking industry. o Basicexperience in project management. o NetworkingPortfolio professional knowledge. o Demonstratesa professional knowledge of network solutions, including network Services. o Demonstratesability to work as a contributing team member for large complex projects. o Hasdemonstrated hands-on level skills with some of the technology. Responsibilities o Troubleshootboth Juniper and HP’s devices using CLIs o Analyzethe data network design and identify any potential configuration mismatches, ordiscrepancies between the design and the actual implementation o Gatherinformation necessary to present to L3 engineers to facilitate futuretroubleshooting o Performescalation processes to L3 engineer o Reportsactively in an existing network team. o Providestechnical support in problem resolution on in new project implementations. o Workin day-to-day activities as a team member. o Participatesin architecting an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer’sbusiness requirements. o Investigates and optimize solution’s fit to the requirements of an engagement, bothcurrent and future.
