Additional Information: Full benefits Description: A leading global supplier of systems and services to the Aerospace and Defense industry is looking for an IT Manager-eCommerce Systems Responsibilities: • Manage the information technology functional areas in accordance with organizational policies and goals; • Oversee The Customer Portal, Enterprise Technical Publications, and the B2B Inovis platform for EDI and MFT; • Interact with software development manager/team based in Bangalore; • Ensure proper functioning of information processing systems across multiple sites to required SLAs; • Assess, design and implement new or upgraded systems as necessary; • Execute technology refreshes (computer hardware and software); • Solve end-user computing problems; • Develop and manage the budget of the department; • Manage internal and external customer relationships to gather requirements, and provide quality services, and technology policy / direction to business unit; • Negotiate, manage, and purchase through vendor contracts for business unit; • Evaluate and leverage new solutions for the business unit. Requirements: • IT experience (7+ years); • Experience in managing/supporting IT systems for multiple sites including acquisition and delivery of regional IT systems and services (5+ years); • Strong project management skills including project management methodologies; • Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Information Processing or a related area."
