Title: Project On-Site Manager Location: Richmond, Virginia Type: Contract Salary: DOE Duration: 12+ Months Job ID: 2701DLA-001PM Job Description Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services. Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Minimum Experience: • Must hold a Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.) • Five (5) years relevant experience. • Must have knowledge of: • DOD Lifecycle management, DOD 5000.1, 5000.2, DODI 5000.02, and Guidebook • PPBE • ARIS system engineering tool • Defense Acquisition Management Information Retrieval (DAMIR) System reporting format for DAES OSD report. • SAP products for Enterprise Resource Planning • Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission. Other Experience: 10 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
