DSA is looking for a Content Manager who will be responsible for conducting enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) business assessment of business needs, cultural readiness and current KM related activities within. Content Managers will conduct interviews to identify and correct knowledge gaps; identify deficiencies in quality levels which are produced from missing, incomplete, inaccurate or difficult to retrieve knowledge; drive awareness and change within the organization to increase focus on connecting and sharing organizational knowledge, identify opportunities to leverage current product offerings within each Program Office and search for ways to increase dependency on current tools available, and provide resolutions to customer requests and trouble tickets. The will work closely with the user community on adoption of KM capabilities and provide training to executive leadership as needed. Experience: •2+ years experience in Knowledge Management •Strong analytical and quantitative abilities •Experience leveraging tools like Microsoft SharePoint (End User/Power User Experience) •Experience as a content manager providing capabilities and resources to facilitate knowledge sharing across a large organization •Strong written and verbal communications skills •Hard working, motivated and self-directed – able to think critically •Ability to work as part of geographically dispersed team Required education and clearance: B.S. in information systems related major or 4 years equivalent experience required. MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A SECRET CLEARANCE"
