Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: Temp to Hire Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only Primary Responsibilities • Architect and manage High Availability, High Security, High Performance Citrix Multi-Tenant Virtualization platform for a hosted application delivery service. • Lead engineering and support teams, as well as build and manage the Citrix Multi-Tenant virtualization platform with the primary directives to: • Delight Customers • Satisfy 99.999% availability SLA • Satisfy internal strategic & financial objectives • Lead the execution of technology strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships. • Build and manage a top-flight technology team and oversee research and development, as well as project management. • Provide visible leadership for the company within the technology community. • Anticipate and react to major technology changes to ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape. • Establish technical standards and ensure adherence to them for product development and company operations. Requirements • Citrix Certified CCEA for XenApp, XenServer, XenDesktop, Netscaler & Access Gateway • Microsoft Certified Engineer with strong knowledge of exchange, active directory and multi tenancy (MCSE, MCITP, MCDST, MCTS, MCSA preferred). • Networking expert well experienced in creating and managing multiple physical & virtual networks. • Proven expertise in application and server virtualization DAAS, IAAS • Demonstrated ability to interpret technology and market trends as a foundation for technology and product roadmaps. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • At least 12 years in Systems engineering, with 5 in a top-level management position. • BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science required, MBA preferred.
