"IT Commodity / procurement Manager in Stamford, CT -Bachelors degree, preferably in Law or Business, required; advanced degree preferred -5+ years of related experience in contract management in IT contracting in software, services, and subscription commodities -Minimum of 5 years with increasing responsibility and experience dealing with IT contracts and purchasing cycle (i.e. Software, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, PSAs, Escrow Agreements) -Knowledge of software & services related issues of support and maintenance -Knowledge of contractual and business issues pertaining to Off-shore, On-site, Near-shore, T&M based, and SLA agreements -Working knowledge of business and contract law related to technology, Business -Processes, and IP in the US required; European business and contract law knowledge desired.
