Investigates and solves problems resulting from material shortages. • Keeps abreast of new sources for supplies and materials. This individual will be over Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse and Logistics Skills and job requirements • Requires good knowledge of materials management including global sourcing as well as domestic. • Good Computer skills and MRP/ERP experience related to purchasing and logistics • Must have at least basic computer skills in order to access PC networks and knowledge of MRP systems is preferred. • Incumbent should have good communication, motivational and interpersonal skills. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING Minimum B.S./B.A. college degree are highly recommended. A minimum 10 year’s direct experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in commercial arms equipment is required."
