"KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Create test plans and test cases for configuration changes, and programming enhancements Quickly learn the functionality under test, identify test requirements, and create or obtain test data Perform regression, parallel, integration, performance, automation and user acceptance testing, and report defects and test results Work with partners, customers, and internal teams to diagnose and resolve test issues Develop, test, and document new operational procedures (revise and test established procedures) Verifies all appropriate testing deliverables are met, including status reports, defect logs, test plans, test cases, bug tracking, release checklists, and post mortem reports Collaborate with application designers/developers and system solution partners to design and execute test cases Ensure that developed tests can be leveraged in the future through appropriate stewardship of test models, test data, and test processes Make operational system procedure recommendations to Management and the Development team Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the standard software and systems utilized in the business that are within the scope for development changes Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as necessary Other duties as assigned"
