Responsibilties • Under general supervision, provides analysis and programming to assist in the selection, implementation and ongoing support of application software, including all interfaces necessary to assure a high value, widely accessible, comprehensive, integrated information network which meet or exceeds customer needs. • Regularly function as project coordinator for programming teams assigned to complex projects crossing multiple systems, platforms and affiliates. Requirements • Equivalent to Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, business administration or related field. • Combination of computer-related technical training and progressively more responsible information systems management responsibility may substitute for degree. • Five years progressively more responsible related experience in programming and systems design. • Experience should demonstrate high level of written and oral communication skills, ability to effectively lead multi-disciplinary work teams assigned to complex projects. • Demonstrates ability to solve complex business problems and follow through to completion, including knowledge of healthcare, technology and general business. • Experience preferably gained in similarly complex environment.
