I’m hoping that I can call on you to use your knowledge and contacts to help me identify a qualified individual for one of several positions that exist with one of our top clients. Our client, a successful, profitable, growing and stable manufacturer, seeks a manufacturing professionals to train to become Continuous Improvement Team Leaders. Chosen candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, one year plus experience in a plant manufacturing environment, knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, and the desire to become a leader in creating and implementing manufacturing oriented continuous improvement programs. A green belt is a plus (but not required.) Compensation includes salary to $60,000, a bonus plan, excellent benefits and relocation assistance. U.S. based candidates MUST have work authorization.
