"Now Hiring: Corporate Technical Recruiter in New York, NY Job Description  RFA is seeking a Technical Recruiter or the  position of Talent Acquisition Manager. This individual will work on a variety of Technical  and non technical positions     Core Accountabilities: Manage all tactical elements of hiring including screening and presenting qualified candidates; coordinating all candidate interviews; collecting and communicating feedback and drive the momentum of the search Manage the internal tracking system including the tracking of candidates, reporting of metrics, etc. through Maxhire Responsible for scheduling and orchestrating all corporate and sales orientation sessions, requiring considerable time coordinating senior leader’s calendars Manage the entire recruitment cycle from inception through hire and on boarding including all strategic and tactical/executional elements Work closely with line management to prioritize and anticipate openings, devise search strategies and tactics, and function as an internal clearinghouse for resources and tools Closely partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure spec development, sourcing strategies and tactics, candidate development and assessment, timelines, costs, etc. Manage all aspects of outside recruitment vendors and agency relationship that ensure maximum productivity and success Identify and source candidates utilizing all available resources including professional networking, working with user groups & social networks and other proactive strategies that ensure the identification and inclusion of all active and passive candidates Maintain accountability for the successful hire including anticipating problems, offering solutions and course correction, as needed   Job Requirements  At least 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on technical recruiting Comfortable “rolling up his/her sleeves" to accomplish the administrative tactical functions such as scheduling interviews and orientation sessions A creative approach with outstanding industry knowledge, strong business networks and savvy knowledge in all sourcing (including internet) methodologies Demonstrated success within a fast-paced, high volume and dynamic environment is required.
