"PeopleAreKey, Inc. seeks HR Generalist/Manager candidates for a full-time employment opportunity within a client organization in northeastern Bergen County, NJ. This highly profitable corporation seeks a knowledgeable generalist who is flexible and innovative and has strengths in communication and issue resolution, and has worked effectively within an ambiguous and rapidly changing organizational structure/environment, preferably one that has grown through acquisitions. This is an individual contributor role and involves handling payroll and benefits as well as other generalist responsibilities (previous hands-on payroll and benefits experience is required.) Experience working in companies with 300 or more employees is required. Previous experience working directly with the CFO, General Counsel, and Plant Manager(s) is strongly preferred.
