Mentor junior team members and solve technical issues. Qualification Any engineering degree or equivalent Exp.3 - 5 yrs. Experience Desired Desired Skills: * Expertise in HP Performance Center, Loadrunner (mandatory), QTP tool (desirable) & Quality Center. * Worked on tools like (optional) IBM Rational Performance Tester, SilkPerformer * Expertise in programming languages like VB script, Java, Perl script. Worked on multiple operating system like Windows, Unix. * Good knowledge of database concepts. * Ability to create performance test scripts, conduct Performance testing, analyse performance issues and suggest recommendations for performance improvement. * Certification in Loadrunner is desirable. * Sound understanding of how various n-tier environments "work" (specifically how they communicate).
