This responsibility includes performance tuning, benchmarking the performance matrices, and identifying the bottlenecks. This resource will play a key role in the success of deploying the company vision for emerging technologies and growth strategies. Requirements: 1. Must have 6-8 years experience in Test Plan - Test Strategy Development including: a. Developing test cases from business requirements. i. Experience doing Reqmt Tracea ii. Experience with Quality Center iii. Experience in QTP - prefer candidates with several years of automation experience iv. Experience with test metrics reporting b. Test execution 2. Previous experience providing quality assurance test services for projects and systems for a ETL= BI/Data Warehouse projects including: Ab Initio, Informatica, Micro strategy 3. Must have a strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies 4. Ability to design and develop test cases and experience with automated or manual software testing processes/tools 5. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 6. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 7.
