System Research and Development Manager in Bucharest, Romania Responsabilities: Develops products consisting of software parts according to NPD, ECR and any other associated processes. Maintains legacy products pertaining to business unit Plans the work in R&D on a continuous basis according to business priorities Provides visibility in technical options and capabilities Ensures that staff are developed according to needs Conducts Personnel Appraisal Dialogues with direct reports Ensures that Cross Site and outsourced R&D is performed effectively Manages dependencies with other organizational units Answers questions relating to the area of responsibilities Maintains expenses within agreed project budgets Maintains Resource plans to enable analysis of project change impact. Participates in all phases of the software development life cycle: requirements analysis, software architecture, detailed designs implementation, debugging and unit testing.
