Responsibilities include: • Evaluate clients’ business needs and develop solutions to solve complex systems, process and people management issues • Develop strategy, planning, organisational and business process improvements • Manage and lead a project team to deliver on project milestones • Work with stakeholders and at the management level to develop solid relationships and seek new business opportunities • Support the establishment and review of schedules and budget plans for the practise To be considered for this role you will require the following: • Minimum of 5 years Consulting, Business Systems, Resource Management, Technical Consulting experience • Established and solid track record in stakeholder management, business consulting and strategy within a Federal Government environment • Ability to bridge the technical & business gap and develop solutions to meet the clients’ requirements • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills • Australian Citizenship – current security clearance (desirable) Please note: only suitable candidates will be contacted.
