It caters to people across the telecom, IT, Consumer durables and electronics sector. Job Details - As an Assistant Manager - Retail Channel, you will be responsible to closely monitor, manage and develop organized retail business and expand Best of Bread practice from UAE and GCC countries in order to ensure better channel management and consequently improve sell-out and business development. You will also be responsible for supervising field sales and marketing activities in UAE and other GCC countries for maintaining & developing Partner Relationship (Retailers) across GCC with clear objective of achieving the company targets in quantity & revenue. You will directly supervise, lead and support the field marketing team, setup and keep updating a plan for channel marketing activities with SGE Mobile team / business partners and follow-up execution (retail shop management) You will closely monitor market activities and training programs, make periodic market surveys to get feedback from dealers and end-users and propose ideas accordingly to enhance continuously the channel management and operations, implementation and monitoring of channel tools, such as Preferred Partner program. Candidate Details – To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum 4 years experience in Channel Sales & Field Marketing activities, preferably in Consumer Durables, IT Products, FMCG, Mobile phones. You must possess strong interpersonal skills, must be customer focused and should have strong ability to engage and communicate with all channel actors – partners, dealers, salesmen, end-users. You should have Bachelor/ Masters in Marketing and demonstrate high level of productivity, quality and multi task effectively.
