TrainingFolks is currently seeking a qualified Jr. Learning & Recruitment Specialist to join our team.  The Jr. Learning & Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment for both our US and Canadian Clients as well as supporting our Custom Solutions division.  This is an 6 month contract position to provide Maternity Leave coverage.  There is full time potential for the right candidate.The Jr. Learning and Recruitment Specialist will be required to: Liaise with Sales, Service and client to determine job needs and requirements Network and build ongoing relationships with industry contacts and resources Generate and forward sales leads to our sales team which further contributes to the overall success of our corporation Liaise with Sales, Service and client to create and post job requirements Sourcing candidates for our US and Canadian clients which includes obtaining resumes through various e-recruitment tools, telephone screening, setting up and conducting face to face and in depth telephone interviews Conduct reference checks and assess samples of program evaluations and certifications Input, store, maintain and update candidate information into our internal database Negotiate rates with candidates Create and send all on-boarding documentation to candidates Present candidates to our US and Canadian Clients and provide follow up with non-selected candidates Follow up with candidates chosen for engagements and provide next steps Participate in orientation and on-boarding sessions Support Custom Solutions division and assist with creating, editing, formatting and quality assurance of end-user documentation in coordination with the design team as well interface by phone with program participants, clients and/or consultants. The ideal Jr. Learning and Recruitment Specialist will possess: Recent graduate of an HR program (Postgraduate or University) Excperience as a full life cycle recruiter preferably within the staffing industry (Agency Recruiting and/or a consulting environment) is highly valued Background and good understanding of the Training and Development Field an asset Experience working in a call centre is a valuable asset Previous experience recruiting independent consultants for contract opportunities, as well as recruiting in both Canada and the United States are definite assets Highly proficient with mainstream computer software (Microsoft Office), as well as internet web based applications and Social Media tools. Proficiency with HRIS/HRMS systems; experience with MaxHire is an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, confidentiality and creativity to changing needs and situations Proven ability to source candidates and generate leads through networking and Social Media Strong... http://bull.hn/l/HRF2/"
