Candidate should have minimum of five years experience in an upper management level position in a hospital or healthcare system. Prior law, health information management, risk and/or compliance management experience. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing facility-wide policies and procedures, conducting investigations, and identifying and resolving operational issues. Experience in assessing an identifying learning needs as well as providing education and training designed to support a learning organization. Manage a team of 20 employees in HIM and Medical Coding.
