They would need to be able to interface into the development team as well as with the business and the Enterprise Project Managers. They must have amazing organizational skills the ability to manage multiple project concurrently, interface to line-level and management level, really good written and verbal communication skills and must have a good and positive attitude J They need to enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be able to find new ways to be successful as the sand shifts under their feet. They also need to appreciate and be willing to support ensuring that records and status updates are kept current and accurately. They must be fluent with Word, Excel, MS Project, SharePoint (as contributor not administrator) and Visio. Knowledge of code management or what it is and why it is important is desirable…essentially they need to understand what the Developers do and be able to participate in discussions around making sure the development process is working effectively and consistently across the team.
