Continuously monitors team throughput and velocity to achieve iteration goals and commitments 2. Uses technical and functional knowledge to remove roadblocks within the standing team and identify technical risks (e.g., risks with architecture, design, patterns, performance, etc.); communicates obstacles requiring outside resolution to the Project Manager 3. Facilitates effort estimates with the team to support release, iteration and project forecasting/ funding process within Scottsdale Insurance Company. 4. Ensures the team is ready for release and iteration planning by inspecting functional requirement quality (e.g., use cases, stories, etc.) 5. Leads iteration planning collaboratively, working with the Business Lead or Product Owner to build and maintain a prioritized product backlog 6.
