Position: Lead /Sr Lead Ops Total experience: 8+yrs Job Description: Key Skills Should have 8 years of relevant/strong experience on Linux domain and Windows experience is an added advantage (mandatory) Experience of working in Linux based Data Centers and migration projects Products and Services experience is preferred General understanding of Telecommunications / Wireless industries and their technologies are added advantage Responsible for the daily operation, support and overall direction and managing of the operations support staff, customers and local personnel (mandatory) Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching and interviewing skills (mandatory) Understanding, analyzing the root cause of an alert and solving it (mandatory) Understanding of TCP/IP, IP Tables, routing and switching (mandatory) System application patches, upgrades and kernel parameters (mandatory) Deploy new servers, appliances and software packages (mandatory) Monitoring and tuning system resources, kernel and applications (mandatory) Good Work experience on Web Servers, Sendmail, Proxy,NIS, NFS/Auto, DNS and DHCP Server Co-ordination with Clients and satisfying their requirements on Production environment Knowledge monitoring tools and Unix/linux tools (mandatory) Good knowledge on Shell Scripting (mandatory) & Perl Scripting Work experience on ticketing system Good vocabulary, communication & understanding skills (mandatory) Should be able to work on flexible timings based on business requirement (mandatory) Oncall availability on rotation basis (mandatory) Candidates should join us immediately.
