ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY: The Parts Sales and Distribution Development Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the parts potential reporting model for Parts Sales Team. This person will analyze market share of parts potential by product category and region to identify and recommend target growth areas, along with strategic strengths and weaknesses. The Parts Sales and Distribution Specialist will Implement and maintain the process to collect and analyze parts business management and financial metrics from dealer network, provide analysis and reporting of these metrics to Parts Sales Team and Distribution Development, and compare to industry competitors and make recommendations on target improvement areas. This individual will also be responsible for managing the parts business transition process for dealer merger and acquisitions and terminations to ensure capture of parts business in impacted market area. This includes analyzing parts sales in the impacted market area and creating recommended orders to support changes in the dealer network.  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide Analytical and Business Modeling support to Parts Sales and Distribution Development. Provide reporting and data analysis to Sales and Distribution Development to drive dealer performance and support long term distribution strategy. Support Optimal Distribution Analysis activities for the Parts Business (Partner Scorecards, Executive Summary, Dealer Financial Metrics for Parts, etc.) as required. Support Parts Sales and Distribution Development with dealer financial dashboard analysis, primarily related to Parts business: revenue, margin, inventory turn, sales mix, absorption, etc. Assist Parts Sales and Distribution Development in meetings and presentations in obtaining required dealer and internal AGCO agreement to strategic direction, growth objectives and investments. Provide ad hoc go to market analysis to support network rationalization, merger and acquisitions activity, open point coverage, new product introductions etc. Assist in creation of Parts Business Development “playbook” to support dealer network development activities.
