"Hiring a Sr. Java Developer/ Sr. Programmer analyst - 3years - Richmond VA in Richmond, VA Hi, I was curious to know whether you would be interested in taking up an opportunity as a Sr. Programmer Analyst/Sr. Java Developer for the State departments of Richmond VA, which is going to be a multiple year Health Care implementation Projects. Below is the job description: Essential Job Functions:- Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents moderately complex programs. Experience with medical bills / claims processing systems development is a PLUS Designs programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs. Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation. Technologies :- BPMN 2.0 /BPEL 2.0 required Workflow w/ Human-to-Human, Human-to-System, System-to-System required Experience using one BPMS like ActiveVOS, IBM BPM, Oracle/BEA BPM, other standards based BPMS JMS, AXIS 2, J2EE, SOA, ESB, BAM Dashboards with Birt , JDBC to Microsoft SQL Server, & XML required Healthcare Claims payments is a plus. JSR 168/286 Portlets, Spring, Struts Experience with JMS & JAXB Experience with ORM frameworks Excellent knowledge and experience with Websphere, JBoss or WebLogic application servers Experience with Agile, RUP and Waterfall development methodologies Understanding/experience with continuous integration concepts Qualifications :- Minimum of 4+ years of J2EE software development experience Minimum of 4+ years experience with RDBMS Excellent knowledge and experience with Websphere, JBoss or WebLogic application servers Ability to work as part of team and independently. Preferred: · Ideal candidates will have prior health-care, insurance and/or Medicaid related experience.
