Overview: The Client is currently has needs for IT Project Managers with experience managing projects for Software Development, Infrastructure, and the Project Management Office. The Information Technology Division is actively seeking multiple IT Project Managers at varying levels to plan and manage small-to-moderate sized systems projects of low-to-average complexity. in addition, the IT Project Manager will ensure project results contribute positive business value and meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule and quality objectives. Responsibilities: • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. • Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective presentations and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients. • Strong meeting facilitation and negotiation skills. • Strong business judgment. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to operate a computer and related software. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, quality assurance, or equivalent, required. • Advanced degree preferred. • Six years of previous experience working with technical applications and/or information systems, or equivalent, including three years of experience in managing information technology projects, or equivalent, required. • Knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts and business process improvement methods required. • In depth knowledge of project planning techniques and automated project planning tools required. • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification preferred."
