V(VMware) + C(Cisco)+ E(EMC).   Background:   This role is a Global Customer Account Advocate/Manager to manage a major VCE account globally with a major multinational IT company.   Our core offering is Vblock product (http://www.vce.com/vblock). VCE design, build & deploy 2 main types of Vblock products; 300 & 700 series . You can see the Vblock being made here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-SCrO0kAVWA&feature=youtu.be   The role is very much a customer account management role (as opposed to sales) and will be the global point person for the customer on a global level with all queries in relation to all post-sales Vblock management (i.e. SLA management, customer support, consultancy services, etc)   This role will be working with cross functional teams here such as customer support, professional services and advanced services to ensure that SLA’s are maintaining and high levels of customer satisfaction are attained at all times.   Our customer is deploying multiple Vblocks’ globally and we require impeccable customer service and communication to CxO level.   We also require someone who is also deeply technical and as the customer requirements are complex and will require Vblock deployment and also integration with M&O layer using tool such as vCloud Director & VCenter Operations so that the customer can manage and orchestrate the Vblocks correctly.     Role: Provides focus and drives consistency in the execution of all VCE Customer Care related matters to a customer. Acts as VCE ambassador to the customer and as the customer's representative within the parent companies (EMC, Cisco and VMWare). Leverages the support of local and corporate resources in managing and attaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Identifies, informs, and works with the account team on potential sales opportunities.
