This individual will work with company process owners, QSE team leads, partners (Quantic, others as appropriate), and other Quality and IT functions, to document process changes, provide expert guidance to evaluate process improvement opportunities and where applicable, work with other QSE teams to analyze if and how SAP (and related systems) can be used to enhance controls and improvements in business processes. This will require managing/understanding multiple interrelated work threads and rationalizing the specific work step solutions to assure these are sequenced properly and not in conflict. This process will include, but not be limited: • Support the development of robust communications & educational plans to further compliance competency • Assist in driving organizational commitment and accountability to deliver fully compliant processes • Provide input to the development and monitoring of Project Plans to track task and activity deliverables • Continuously manage (internal and external) business partner expectations • Providing written and verbal communication including status reports, progress reports, and documentation to Operations and IT management as well as business partners. • Provide knowledge transfer tocompany business partners support the creation of a sustainably complaint environment Individual will be responsible to build strong relationships within Procurement and Contract Operations, QA, Business and company Partners. He/she will rely on a robust body of knowledge related to industry best practices and regulated business processes. By demonstrating an excellent understanding of procurement business processes, individual will assist in gathering requirements that impact both upstream & downstream processes as they relate to compliance & quality standards. Experience/Technical Competencies: Procurement 5+ years of demonstrated chemical or packaging supplier management in the OTC or pharmaceutical Areas. Strong track record in supplier selection .
