"We are looking for a Top notch marketing professional for a client at Gurgaon. Only 2002/ 2003 batch MBAs from Tier 1 B-Schools should apply. Position : Head - Marcom & Brands Education : MBA from a premier B-School ( only 2002/ 2003 batches being considered ) Experience : 9 -10 years ( out of which 3-5 yrs of core brand marketing experience with FMCG/ FMCD/ Telecom/ Services domains ) Location : Gurgaon Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience ( your current CTC should be 25 L+ ) Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1.This is a Business Role responsible for heading Brand Engagement at a global scale and partner with Business to generate revenue. Mandate to head brand marketing including Consumer segmentation, Consumer & category insights, Brand positioning and product range architecture strategy formulation, Communication and media strategy to deliver the brand and business goals, Conceptualization & Execution of integrated marketing campaign to achieve the brand & business goals. Be the first person responsible to hire, manage & drive creative, media & PR agencies to deliver to brand & business objectives. Develop and execute a powerful promotional plan to increase the market share in all the relevant service offerings in travel. Head a team of Line of Business (LoB) Marketing, Retail, Customer Insights, and Tourism board Marketing managers to help deliver product & channel marketing & business objectives and Drive Demand, Design and execute marketing campaigns across ATL & BTL media to drive & deliver the business plans for offline products such as domestic & international holidays & offline channels such as retail, B2B & call centres. Continuously strive to optimize the cost of customer & business acquisition though campaign optimization & marketing mix management for these offline products & channels. Role involves Team’s engagement, growth and understanding the business, Successful execution of Marketing strategies while working in cross functional teams, Driving Multiple LoB penetration through cross-sell programs. 2.You should be willing to take risks, use both left and right brain, not in isolation, but rather together in order to create clarity and answers where none exists, should be passionate design junkie who cares deeply about the work. You will need to build key relationships with Product Team, Design Team, QA Team, Technology Team, Marketing Team, Media Partners. You should have strong analytical abilities & communication skills, good interpersonal & creative appreciation skills, strong understanding of brand management concepts & processes. Should be able to drive ROI based marketing campaigns to drive measurable demand for call center and retail channels. Skills needed in Prospecting, Cross-selling and Market penetration, Technical knowledge (Business and system), Anticipating market drivers, Marketing and business planning, Market segmentation, Innovation/Creativity, Customer focus, Drive for results, Business acumen, Problem solving, Priority setting, Conflict management/interpersonal savvy.
