Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: I'm hiring for this position - Program Engineer - check out this job Marlyn Wiese posted a job: I'm hiring for this position - Program Engineer - check out this job "Looking for a Program Engineer in Illinois ESSENTIAL DUTIES:     Key member participating in new product development via feasibility studies, marketing surveys, industry data and direct client contact.     Liaison between the engineering and customers. Participates on the Product Development team and follows up with customers regarding new opportunities, reviewing and writing customers design requirements and statements of work     Responsible for all technical and functional aspects of product and system design. Coordinates the design, test, development and tooling of new products and systems through the new product introduction process including production launch. Coordinate the procurement of prototype components to meet customer needs.     Coordinate internal and external design reviews, as required     Ensures the efficient and effective design and development of product changes.     Coordinates cross-functional product development and product line activities.     Research product incidents and errors/deficiencies to determine route cause and implement timely and cost effective corrective action to reduce warranty and improve quality of the product.     Participates and works with cross functional teams including engineering, sales, customer service, purchasing and manufacturing.     Communicates and coordinates externally with customers, sales representatives, contractors, engineers and suppliers as required. Assists with presentations to customers.     Works on special project as assigned. REQUIREMENTS:     BS in engineering discipline or equivalent related experience     5-7 years related experience in metals or plastic based industry in a Tier 1 or 2 environment     3+ years in air conditioning manufacturing or development preferred     2+ years project management experience preferred     Ability to use Pro-E or other 3D modeling software preferred     Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Project     Excellent oral and written communication skills Please send your resume to:career@mw-recruiting-services.com or marlyn.w@live.com http://bull.hn/l/QFZ0/"
