Our client, a major Federal Government Department, is seeking Gateway Technical Specialist (SME) joins them to work on: As a technical lead you will play a key part in all aspects of the transition program, including: Due Diligence, Transition Planning, Establishment of internal capability required to deliver services, Transfer of skills from the existing External Service Provider; Transition of services, roles and support responsibilities to the new support teams To be considered for the position you will have: Experience leading a technical transition to an in-source model; High level of gateway experience and ability to apply technical administration in gateways (Cisco, F5, Citrix and Bluecoat, ArcSight); Previous experience in architecture planning and development; Proven experience designing support processes; Proven experience documenting standard operating procedures; Ability to work to deadlines; Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Certification in one or more of the following areas: Firewall Certifications Cisco Certification Unix Certifications such as Red Hat or Solaris Microsoft Certifications Citrix Certifications Experience with the following technologies: Firewalls Forward and Reverse Proxies Mail Secure File Transfer Web Services Security Security Incident and Event Management Sounds like what you are looking for!!
