Principle accountabilities • As a Country Sales & Marketing Director you will develop annual sales and margin targets for all sales and marketing employees and ensure that finance has the required information to track performance vs objectives • Develop and implement local Medical Supplies organizational structure, oversee hiring for open positions, communicate clear responsibilities and accountabilities to all personnel • Determine local pricing and discounts structure, ensure proper execution of both through collaboration of sales, marketing and back office teams • Provide quarterly sales, margin and expense forecast updates to the EMEA finance team to allow clear visibility on expected commercial performance • Delegate tasks to team members where reasonable, maintaining overall responsibility for all local operations Skills & Qualifications Minimum requirements:  As a Country Sales & Marketing Director you need to have extensive experience in sales or marketing personnel management within the medical/surgical devices industry  Successful track record of sales achievements within in the medical/surgical devices market  Comprehensive understanding of local customer and market dynamic requirements Preferred requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related degree in sales and marketing • Experience in training, marketing and product management Other skills: • English language skills to business standard • Strong presentation and negotiation skills • Excellent communication skills • Structured"
