"Our client is an Offbeat Resort Chain & Internet Marketing Company. They are establishing mid-size resorts/hotels at touristy places which are away from the crowded and oft beaten destinations (e.g. they would not be in Shimla, Nainital, Jaipur etc. But will be present in scenic places around these). The company is professionally funded by a VC firm and plans to establish 150 resorts over next three years. Currently they have six properties in Uttarakhand and their primary selling model is over internet and thru inbound calls. Position : Customer Experience Executive Education : Any Graduation/ Travel & Tourism Diploma Experience : Open Location: Noida Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. To interact with customers calling up to enquire about our client’s hotels/resorts and to make bookings. Only inbound calls are expected. Manage facebook account of our client and handle customer email communication as well. This position will report to Sales Head. 2. It is expected that the Executive will be able to answer customer’s queries and make a good impression about the company. It is expected that Executive will be able to deal with customers smartly and persuade them to book their holidays with our client’s resorts. Conduct integrity is very much required and at all times and Executive should set customers expectations in line with company’s policies. 3. Executive will be trained on the job and will have the opportunity to travel to our various resorts/hotels to get first-hand experience of the holiday our customers would experience. Candidate should have Excellent communication skills, Smartness of dealing with customers/real life situations, Impeccable professional conduct & integrity, Pursuit to do well in career, Flair for the job and motivation to succeed.
