Position : Sales Manager - NCR ( reporting to CEO ) Education : B.Tech/ BE Experience : 4 - 6 Years of sales experience in BMS ( Building Automation System ) or BAS ( Building Automation System ) including sensors/controllers or PLC or Electronic Components Location: Noida Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1.Must have knowledge and experience of sales in the industry of Electronics Components or PLCs or Building Management Systems or Building Automation Systems. Should have a deep understanding of the market and growth potential for the industry worked in. Should be Technically and analytically very strong. Working with MS Word, Excel, PPT presentations, etc. Meeting annual sales goals and targets. Business Development – Planning and actual execution through meetings, attending trade exhibitions. Delivering platform presentations, publications and others. Customer relationship management, Maintaining Customer database, Collections/Receivables Management 2. Market Study, competition benchmarking and identifying business threats and opportunities. Sharing customer feedback with internal product development team. Be an achiever with sharp focus on results, have effective communication skills and be fluent in English and Local Languages, have excellent Techno Commercial knowledge and negotiation skills, Systematic and good at documentation, Physically fit to travel extensively.
