They are urgent searching a Front End Web Developer - USA. The Front End Web Developer is a newly created full-time role that lives and plays in the marketing department. The Web Developer will be a key member of the creative team and will be responsible for translating visual designs into pixel perfect, standards-compliant web pages, emails and Facebook apps. The ideal candidate possesses awesome front-end development skills and a passion for design and usability. You will team with user experience and visual designers to implement innovative experiences under the guidance of the Creative Director. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Take creative from a flat image to a web-perfect product using best practices; Slice and cut Photoshop files for development use; Produce clean, usable pages and interfaces built on semantic, reusable code; Provide HTML support to marketing department for email campaigns; Create custom Facebook tabs and apps; Stay informed on current trends and best practices; Proactively suggest better ways to design, build and complete creative objectives. QUALIFICATIONS: On-site, full-time team member; Minimum 3 years of experience in professional website development; Bachelor’s Degree in related field; Online portfolio a must (we WILL look at your source code!); Proficiency with Mac and the Adobe CS5 Creative Suite; Proficiency with HTML (XHTML 1.0 and HTML5), CSS (2 & 3), & jQuery; Experience with Facebook Connect / FBML; Knowledge of cross browser/platform incompatibilities, Accessibility, Progressive Enhancement, and Responsive Web Design; Experience working with back-end programmers and various programming languages. Location: Las Vegas, NV (candidates locally based would be preferred).
