Opportunity: Altisource is looking for highly qualified energetic individuals to enhance the existing infrastructure and drive the growth and maturity of a new business unit. This new position reports to the Senior Manager of Construction Management and is situated in the Construction Management business segment.  Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, providing single point of contact to support the renovation of single family residential properties for rental.  This will include developing interfaces to internal processes, systems and teams as well as external customers and vendors.    Responsibilities will include: Consults with team members and customers to develop the most efficient renovationpractices, ensuring the highest quality performance to vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders. Evaluates inspections performed for properties. Reviews and approves proposed renovation work to be performed for each property. Identifies and recommends additional work to be performed given market criteria and budgetary constraints. Evaluates bids for property renovation.
