The FPL will be responsible for the execution and monitoring of the performance of group programs, strategies and portfolios 1. Evaluate and support execution of the groups strategic and financial plans 2. Develop impact based program plans – development of strategic and operational KPIs, identification of information sources, generation of operational KPI based reports, trend analysis and owning the action plans to ensure program execution 3. Assess & analyze the group portfolio 4. Responsible for supporting senior management by analyzing financial performance of various business units 5. Create benefits tracking methods & value realization reports 6. Identify cost cutting opportunities 7. Define the goals and requirements for programs 8. Audit & analyze performance variances and other ad-hoc financial analysis 9. Participate in annual budget allocation committees 10. Mentor and guide team members on benefits tracking methods & value realization reports Essential Skills and experience required 1. Minimum 10 years of related work experience required 2. Bachelor's degree is a must in Business or Economy MBA would give an advantage 3. Project Management Professional (PMP) - Essential 4. Professional certifications (CPA and/or CFA) – Essential Additional Requirements non-Essential but highly sought after 1. Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) 2. Program Management Professional (PgMP) 3. PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) 4. Arabic language skills are a major plus 5. 5+ years working experience in executing programs, strategies & portfolios in a large commercial or government organizations Understanding of the telecommunication trends & markets 6. Excellent analytical ability to organize, evaluate and present complex data in a detailed, fast-paced, multi-project environment 7.
