Our client, is seeking Service Delivery Manager(SDM) joins them to work on: The purpose of the SDM role is to provide a key relationship contact between the Business and the client and drive value add opportunities for the Business and the client. The role will be aligned to one or more client business units rather than any Business stream. Manage Service Delivery using evidence / fact based approach to improve overall engagement for both parties. Identify and manage customer expectations through agreed and defined business success criteria metrics on a monthly basis. To build a positive and long lasting relationship with trust and integrity being the foundation to operate from.  Essential Criteria: Role is evenly split between Non-Discretionary services and Discretionary services. Communication Escalation point for the client and the Business for delivery of services Proactive communication Engagement with both IS and the client business units to build positive relationships. Selling the services of the Business to the client. Central point of contact for the relevant client business units. Customer Service Providing a high level of customer service. Ensuring that the client expectations are being managed and clearly understood. Bringing client knowledge back into the Business including business strategy, expectations, requirements etc. Providing a balanced view between the Business and the client. Providing client insight into the Business processes and workings to understand breakdown of services provided, quality processes and measurements etc. Non-Discretionary Not accountable for delivery of services Responsible to ensure services are meeting customer expectations and providing feedback / direction to the Operations team for continued improvement and areas to focus on Involved in high and medium severity incidents as required. Escalation point for the client as required. Discretionary Not accountable for delivery of services Ensuring customer expectations are being managed and met. Escalation point for the client as required. Assistance in planning of resource requirements and constraints to meet client project deliverables.  This is not ownership of resource recruitment but assistance with planning on client requirements.
