"Now Hiring: Desktop/Tech Support - Bilingual in Waterloo, ON Canada Note: Approximately every 6 weeks you will be required to work from 12-8pm for 1 week. 6 month contract for a Bilingual Tech Support person Location: Waterloo Start By:  9/10/12   Description/Comment:  3-5 yrs experience - Responsible for delivering technology suport and solutions to Canadian sales force. The customer base includes several thousand Financial Advisors with varying PC based hardware and software platforms operating. As a member of the Distribution Technology Support Center, you will be a key component to ensuring technology for our Field staff and Advisors is available, functioning and an asset to their business. Your clients will turn to you as their go-to resource to help them be more productive and utilize technology! As such this position includes a Rotating Shift. Approximately every 6 weeks you will be required to work from 12-8pm for 1 week.
