Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Roy Rihan posted a job: "Change Management Executive in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Responsibilities:   Assist the Stakeholder and Change Management Project Manager in executing key Stakeholder Management and Change Management activities for the Replacing Core System Engine (RACE) Program to minimize resistance and maximize enthusiasm to change. Develop communication materials to channel awareness to both Group internal and external stakeholders E.g. News bulletin, updates for our client Portal , management speeches, updates to Business / Functional departments , Roadshow materials and other management updates where required. Develop communication related collaterals e.g. video broadcasts , banners & etc Conduct Change Readiness Surveys, program related ‘Pulse Checks’ and develop summary of results Organise User Forums and other change management events/activities to ensure awareness, commitment and buy-in to the Program, towards the successful deployment of the new Core Banking System Manage Change Agent network including organizing and facilitating forums to discuss feedback, summarise feedback and develop action items to address impacted areas Support all other ad-hoc stakeholder updates and engagements, where required. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Financial Services and/ or Change Management Exposure to large scale Projects or Change programs would be an advantage Excellent verbal and written (English) communication skills Excellent interpersonal abilities Good knowledge of financial services industry Able to work independently and manage own timelines Able to work in a large project environment and with tight deadlines.
