Coordinates proposal preparation,; establish milestones and drive execution. • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills Requirements: • BS degree, or higher, in computer science or related engineering field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. Requires strong technical skills and knowledge in software product development. Experience in embedded software development or hardware product development is a big plus. At least 2 years of experience in program management, at least independently managed 1 full lifecycle program • Must be self motivated, flexible, and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. • Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in working with global cross-functional teams is a plus. • Good communication in both English and Mandarin, written and oral. Being able to lead meetings/discussions and present reports to native English speakers"
