We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Consultant to join our Sourcing Center in Budapest, Hungary. SOURCING CONSULTANT - Hungary (German + English) After a training period, you will take over the sourcing function for one or more of our clients. You will be working with a team of Sourcing Consultants in our sourcing center, which is based in Budapest, (Hungary). In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Sourcing and networking through various methods to generate candidates - Defining innovative ways for sourcing “hard to find” candidates - Continuously developing and applying new search techniques and methodologies - Reaching out to connect with candidates & screening candidates through telephone interviews - Managing candidate pipelines for our clients’ open positions - Collaborating with our on-site recruitment consultants to continuously improve the quality of our services We prefer individuals with prior experience in generating candidates through various sourcing and searching methods. We would also be interested in speaking with you if you are experienced in presenting and explaining how position requirements fit candidate profiles and if you are experienced in screening and assessing candidate backgrounds and qualifications and have good communication skills. However you must be fluent in German and English (oral and written), and you enjoy working in an international environment.
