PMRO has responsibility for the Consent Decree Project Management Office (CDPMO). The CD PMO team concentrates on operationalizing the strategic plan to meet Consent Decree Work plan goals through enterprise leadership, general management thinking and communications. The Consent Decree Project Manager – Home Office will lead the development of and maintenance of dashboards and metrics in support of the Quality System Element QSE Team’s. This includes leading the organization toward attainment of the overall Work plan, clear communication of status (gaps, risks) vs. plans, enhancing project and process competencies for success, and driving prioritization. The Project Manager will drive team and management accountability for delivery of the Work plan milestones. They are expected to develop and to maintain dashboards, metrics, and measures that will easily and effectively communicate the organizations status and risk in achieving work plan commitments. Critical skills needed to perform the job include demonstrated proficiency in business acumen, project management, communication, process management, and attention to detail. Making the complex simple and representing a true enterprise view are critical competencies. Education: •Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree is required, with a degree in Physical Sciences, Business or a related discipline preferred. Experience/ Technical Competencies: •Excellent oral and written communication skills •Proven leadership with significant experience in demonstrating effective influence of senior management (VP and above) •Proven record of leading teams in delivering results •Experience in an OTC or Pharma regulated environment •Familiar with standard PM tools and templates •Business and Financial Acumen •Demonstrated enterprise-wide knowledge and experience leading cross-functional teams •Prior consent decree and/or compliance related activities Job Knowledge/Skillsets: •A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility in the OTC, consumer products and/or pharmaceutical industries is required ] •Minimum of 3 years project management, portfolio management, team leadership, or functional line management experience in pharmaceutical industry •Process Excellence or Six Sigma certification •PMP or other Project Management certification Travel: < 10%travel is anticipated in this role.
