Job Description  The Marketing Specialist is key person in the collection, cleansing, and organization of product information for NA AGCO. They will be one of the most knowledgeable people within NA AGCO on a specific product’s features, function, and form. She/he will have an intimate understanding of the customers’ applications and how to best position against the competitor’s features. The individual will have a grasp strong grasp of the fundamental concepts of B2B marketing; with continuous learning, mentorship and ambition, they will become a senior specialist – who is the product expert. The candidate will collaborate closely with all marketing functions (e.g., marketing communications, pricing, demand planning), internal AGCO functions (e.g., AGCO finance, Sales, Dealer Central) to achieve the marketing plan. This position works directly with the Marketing Parts Product Management Team.   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Be a reliable resource for specific product for internal requests (e.g., Dealer central, sales, product specialists, pricing etc) or external customers (e.g., dealers, customers etc).  Track the type and frequency of questions to feedback to product management or quality to serve as an early warning for more systemic problems.  Collaborate with marketing communication department and agency on a real-time basis to execute the agreed-upon marketing communication plan.  Provide support for photo shoots, proof-read copy, provide input on marketing collateral, assist in direct mailing campaigns or other forms of marketing communications.
