Required Experience/Technical Competencies: A minimum of 7-10 years industry experience is required with background in Quality and Pharmaceutical Operations in particular in the technical areas of Laboratory Operations. · Skilled at people leadership and change management, particularly during periods of great change is required, along with a proven ability to execute and get results through leading/ influencing others. Ability to foster team productivity and cohesiveness and to work in a complex matrix environment with multiple, and demanding stakeholders are required. · Experience working in a manufacturing environment in support of the QA/QC Analytical and Microbiological Labs · Experience required in the commissioning and qualification of laboratory equipment; sample and inspection activities, authoring of necessary standard operating procedures for QA/QC laboratory operations, micro and analytical methods, environmental program development, and technical transfer elements for product introduction from R&D to Manufacturing.
