"Looking for a Contracts Manager (Operations and Maintainence) in Mesa, AZ Manager Contracts, New Business (O&M) Reports To: Vice President Operations & Management Basic Job Functions: Developing, negotiating, and closing new O&M departmental business contracts in coordination with the companies global sales teams inresponse to RFPs and sales opportunities and provide first line customer interface on contractual communications and matters. This role is also responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term working relationships/partnerships with company colleagues and with customers and suppliers. In addition this role is responsible for negotiating and closing business deals, in a way that minimizes corporate risk, insures best in class business processes, maximizes company value, and insures continuity, for the company, on a global scale in the long term. Experience: 7 - 10 years of professional experience in contractual related roles, preferably in the U.S. or international power generation sector Minimum 5 years in a leadership role 3 years’ experience in the Utility, Independent Power Ownership or Operations sector, renewables experience desired International Business Experience is a plus Proven ability to adapt and scale in a rapidly growing, ever changing organization Exhibited experience in performing contract research and analysis of findings Prior Project Management or Contracts Management experience Demonstrated ability in successfully working with cross-functional teams including technical groups, accounting functions, FP&A, and project development Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, or business management preferred 15+ years of related working experience, preferably in the power industry, will be considered in lieu of a formal degree Required Skills: Ability to engage and respond to multiple contracts opportunities, including international, to meet the requirements of deal schedules, RFP response formats and timelines, and negotiations and dialog with internal and external parties In depth understanding of contractual terms and concepts, ideally in relation to O & M Agreements Demonstrated success in implementing processes to track compliance and ensure alignment through consistent, clear, and concise communication with the cross functional team around key objectives and timing In depth understanding of power markets, PPA structure, and the ability to understand the nature of the evolving solar market, including global requirements, from both a plant owner’s perspective and O&M providersperspective Successful and proven Customer Management and Negotiation Skills Strong presentation skills Present the technical details of Solar PV Plants design, maintenance, and operations considerations, in a manner that will allow non-technical peers, bank’s representatives, independent engineers, and customers to comprehend and understand the nature of the offerings Demonstrated excellence in defining/aligning organizational priorities with adjacent internal stake... http://bull.hn/l/VSBL/"
