"Hiring a Dean- College of Nursing -College of Theology in Savannah, GA Description Our client is an extremely fast growing University offering four year degree programs - undergraduate and graduate - with multiple campus locations throughout the USA. **Our client is seeking a Dean of the College of Nursing FOR THEIR GEORGIA LOCATION and A Dean for their Theology College.FOR THEIR GEORGIA LOCATION Requires a doctorate. They will sponsor a visa and pay relocation assistance if it is required for the right candidate. Salary is $140,000-$160,000 with extremely attractive benefits. ***They are also seeking a Program Director for their TEXAS LOCATION They will sponsor a visa and pay relocation assistance if it is required for the right candidate. Salary is $90,000-110,000 with extremely attractive benefits. Our client enjoys a long-standing tradition of excellence in education and personalized student attention. Our client is interviewing through the month of November/December and would like to have their new executive on board no later than January 1 however recognize that some candidates may have to complete their contractual obligations first to their current employer. The Dean for the College of Nursing will be positioned in , Georgia, and will have oversight for both on-ground and online programmatic offerings. The PD for Nursing will be positioned in Texas and candidates must have teaching experience. These positions requires an earned PhD In Nursing. DNSc will be considered. Requirements for DEAN of Nursing As a senior member of the faculty-serves as the chief academic officer for doctoral, masters, and bachelor programs delivered in both online and on-ground formats for the University system . The Dean ensures that existing and new program content and delivery are consistently of high quality, reviews curriculum and establishes/assesses student learning outcomes, facilitates the sharing of best practices between campus faculty, and balances local campus interests with program imperatives and the needs of the discipline.
