For more info, or to apply go to: http://bit.ly/WquRpE "Key Responsibilities • Provide support for all desktop systems including printers and phones • Administer and provide support for the on-site WHS (SCAN) • Provide 2nd line support and administration of all server, network hardware and software • Manage off site data backups • Diagnose and resolve computer services hardware, software and operator problems. • Build, install and move desktop and phone hardware, • Install software and peripherals • Perform telephone administration using software administration modules. • Manage local IT equipment and spare stock holding • Provide support for other systems on an agreed basis • Maintain appropriate tools to provide an up-to-date inventory/asset register of all TJX Europe hardware. Ensure compliance with any software licensing legislatio n. • Maintain and adhere to the Corporate IT Security Policies and Procedures. • Keep abreast of new technologies and systems that will assist the team in the provision of desktop computer services to the business. • Attend weekly management meetings and provide updates and follow up issues raised during this meeting • Have involvement in site projects that require IT input and support. Manage actions and ensure all tasks are completed in the agreed time scales to ensure the project is delivered on time. • Provide out of hours and weekend support as required to support business needs as agreed with line manager."
