"Job: Sr. Power Supply Design Engineer in Seattle, WA Job Description: Responsible for the analysis, design, development, documentation and verification of major circuit modules in power processing electronics. Responsible for planning, budget, and schedule for their design tasks and for successful completion of planned tasks. Applies advanced techniques and the modifications and extension of theories, precepts and practices in electrical engineering and related sciences and disciplines. Assesses the feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering verification/validation tests, products or equipment, or a program function. May direct, coordinate and review the work of junior engineers and/or technicians. Provides technical consultation to technical staff or other organizations as necessary. Job Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline 5 years of experience in High Power (> 1KW), DC/DC Switch mode Power Supply Design. Proven strong circuit simulation skills using SPICE or equivalent required. Must have familiarity with Space and MIL-STDs electronics design requirements. Should have experience with the following: military and/or space electronics qualification and production programs, integrated product development and design for manufacturing, and EMI/EMC design and testing. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency, or other status as a U.S. Person required. This position may require eligibility for a U.S. Security Clearance in the future and ongoing employment may be contingent upon such eligibility, which requires U.S. Citizenship.   http://bull.hn/l/VWU1/2"
