Employing tens of thousands of people around the world, this company generates over $30Billion a year in revenues. To support global growth, a new and exciting senior position is now available for the right candidate. This role will oversee matters pertaining to their global commercial fuel supply division, ensure national and international regulations are adhered to, and be involved in business process compliance. The role will encompass a broad remit and it is essential the holder has the experience, credibility and commercial acumen to fulfill the following effectively - • A qualified lawyer with 10 or more years experience* • Management of a multi-national remit overseeing and involved with multiple big ticket projects across the retail, contract, bulk, domestic and international markets • Experience of commercial fuel sales to the shipping / aviation / consumer markets is highly desirable • Provision of advice and guidance to the regulatory team on compliance matters, working with relevant teams to maintain existing and structure new regulatory procedural guidelines - company-wide • Experience of finance services for commercial fuel supply is desirable together with relevant regulatory experience • Responsibility for dispute resolution and management of external counsel • The role holder should have extensive risk management experience gained within the Oil & Gas industry • The role holder should be a proven relationship builder with a strong track record of cultivating productive relationships with internal and external customers • Applicants must have held a comparable role within a global / multi-national oil & gas organisation If you have the necessary skills and experience detailed above and are ready to take your next career step with a growing, global organisation – please forward your details for review to Chris Steindorff at chris.steindorff@mckenziedouglas.co.uk *McKenzie Douglas reviews ALL applications on merit McKenzie Douglas – Specialist In House Legal Recruiters both nationally and internationally, find out more about more at: www.mckenziedouglas.co.uk"
